Visit the dropdown menu at the top right-hand corner, and select
Personal Information, to
manage your Username, Date of Birth, Email Address and Password.
How can I edit my 4 digit PIN?
Visit Personal Information and select
PIN (Personal Identification Number) to manage your PIN.
How to change my password?
Visit Personal Information and select
Password
to manage password.
How do I unsubscribe from the Weekly Digest & News and Offers?
Visit Personal Information and select
Notifications Settings and uncheck the box
for Weekly Digest and/or PsychicCenter News and Offers.
How do I add a phone number?
Visit Personal Information and select
Phone numbers and Time Zones,
add your new phone number in the applicable box.
How do I add an international phone number?
From
Phone number and Time Zones,
select the International Phone Numbers link below the phone number fields to change the format.
How do I change my primary phone number?
From
Phone numbers and Time Zones,
select add a new phone number or select an already existing number,
click the circle to make it your primary number.
Why it is not accepting my new phone number?
- Your phone number may already be in use on PsychicCenter.

Your phone number is a non-traceable or non-fixed VOIP phone number,
which is generated by services like Google, Skype or certain apps.
PsychicCenter does not allow clients to use such numbers.

Your phone number could be from a
country which is not supported on PsychicCenter.
How do I select my time zone?
From
Phone numbers and Time Zones,
chose your preferred time zone from dropdown menu. Be sure to check the box
next to Adjust for daylight savings changes if you are in an area that participates
in daylight savings time.
